Red ruby with tile glints, which with the past of the time will become orange. Intense, complex mature berry fruits and spices combine with lactose aromas of mocha and dark chocolate. Very full bodied and structured on the palate. A memorable wine with a clean, persistent finish.
Intense garnet with terracotta hints. Aromatic and spicy wine with smoked touches and forest fruit aroma, ripe strawberries, plum, black cherry and hints of coconut. Round and strong on the mouth with strong tannins. Long, round and complex aftertaste.
Bright garnet. Perfumed, slightly high-toned aromas of blackberry, licorice, wild herbs and elegant vanilla. Extremely long, with resonating sweetness, gently tannic and very long finish.
Martell Cordon Bleu was created in 1912 by Edouard Martell, the great-grandson of the founder. Named after the blue ribbon which is an international emblem of excellence, it was destined to be one of a kind: a new quality of cognac to delight even the most demanding connoisseurs. Its distinctive taste, characterized by a predominance of eaux-de-vie from the Borderies, and its timeless bottle design have made it a classic – an icon in the world of cognac and beyond.
Remarkable for its richness, elegance and finesse, Martell Cordon Bleu is a masterful blend of more than 100 eaux-de-vie. Its lusciously full, floral aromas are the result of rare eaux-de-vie from the small Borderies cru in the Cognac region of France. Emblematic of the Martell style, Martell Cordon Bleu is not only an authentic expression of the Borderies, but also a symbol of Maison Martell’s savoir-faire and attachment to its terroir.
As a unique cognac in the XO category, Martell Cordon Bleu is endowed with beautiful complexity and rich aromas, making it a legendary cognac. Its high proportion of Borderies marks this blend, expanding on its caramelised character with the smoothness of sweet spices, gingerbread and roasted cocoa beans.

Golden yellow with greenish reflections. Fresh and rich fruity aromas of apple and pear with a hint of citrus fruit that fade into the floral bouquet. Taste: Fresh and fruity, very clean and crisp.
The colour is a bright pale straw. The nose is alluring and complex with aromas of grapefruit, lemon meringue and peach blossom. The barrel fermentation imparts butterscotch, brioche and hazelnut character. The palate bursts with intense flavours carried through from the nose. The acidity is in perfect balance keeping the wine fresh and mouthwatering. This wine is deliciously rich and full with a long length. The extended barrel maturation has helped seamlessly integrate the oak and lend creaminess to the palate.

Deep crimson. Black cherry, roasted chestnut flinty aromas, a hint of sesame notes. It contains concentrated black cherry, mulberry, roasted chestnut, touch marzipan flavours, and fine slinky textures. Finishes claret firm with flinty/ mineral notes.

This Cabernet Merlot is vibrant in colour and rich in varietal character with well-integrated oak. The Cabernet Franc gives a lifted floral note and sweetness while the Cabernet Sauvignon provides the power and drive in the blend. There are hints of cassis, tobacco and plum on the nose. The palate has great structure with an abundance of fine ripe tannins. The wine is complex, mouth-filling and well-balanced.

This wine is fruit-driven, subtly influenced by medium and light toast French oak. The oak is very supportive of the fruit and gives fullness and length to the palate. Complexity is achieved through barrel fermentation, partial malolactic fermentation, and lees stirring. The nose shows abundant stone fruit, sweet spices, and brioche. The palate is rich and full, with mouthwatering vibrancy and length.

Pair with: tasty meat such as roast lamb, prime rib eye steak, duck breast or game. Spicy recipes. Cheeses with strong flavours such Livarot, Munster, Maroilles, Epoisses, Langres, Ami du Chambertin, Soumaintrain...

Deep red in colour. The first aromatic notes already give the perception of great complexity: raspberry, faded rose, licorice, coffee. The attack is rich and generous, with the most elegant and distinguished finish. Together they form a wine with great aging potential.

Pale gold colour with green highlights. The notes of wood blended with aromas of orange blossom, citrus and lily of the valley. This refined and complex wine has a great length on the palate, supported by a nice acidity and a remarkable minerality.
