To Our Valued CLUB Members

Dearest valued CLUB member, to ensure that your experience is smooth and rewarding, we'd like to present two options: (1) To upgrade to our new program, The Vault, with new benefits or (2) Continue with your existing CLUB Membership benefits till the membership expires.

Option 1: Retain existing CLUB Membership

Your existing benefits will remain valid until your CLUB membership expires. The benefits include; (1) 10% off regular-priced wines in-store and online & (2) Your choice of Birthday Wine, if you have not redeemed.

With this option, your The Vault membership account will be terminated temporarily however, you may choose to sign up as Silver member once your CLUB Membership expires. To retain your CLUB Membership, please send us a contact form inquiry under the topic 'Membership'.

Option 2: Upgrade to The Vault

Frequently Asked Questions

I am/was a CLUB Member. What happens to my membership?

If your CLUB Membership is still valid, you'll remain in it by default and would not have access to The Vault Rewards Program right away. To switch, simply contact us via the contact form.

If your CLUB Membership has expired, you can join The Vault Rewards Program here. Just use the same mobile number from your CLUB registration to link your account. If you encounter an issue, feel free to reach out through the contact form —we’re happy to help!

Are there any fees to join?

Signing up is completely FREE!

How do I accumulate points?

Points can be earned with every purchase made, based on the net purchase value (exclusive of GST and service charge) after deduction of discounts at our Wine Shops, Restaurants and S.O.S Chicken.

At our wine shops, please provide your mobile number to our outlet colleagues before making payment.

When dining in our restaurants, please ensure you are logged into your member account via the QR Menu Ordering System before payment to earn points or redeem rewards seamlessly.

Can I earn points for transactions that occurred before the creation of my account?

Points can only be awarded after successfully registering an account and completing a transaction.

I didn't receive points for my recent transaction. Can I still claim them?

You can submit a request through our contact form. Please have a copy of your receipt ready upon request. Please note that claims must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.

Points were not issued to me at my recent transaction as I have forgotten to provide my member details. How do I claim these points?

You can raise a request to us via email, with a copy of your receipt. However, this request is valid for 7 days from the date of transaction.

What can I use my points for?

You can use your points to redeem any rewards (i.e. cash vouchers or free gifts) listed in the member portal. For security reasons, we can’t redeem rewards on your behalf, so please make sure to redeem and use them before completing your payment.

How long do my points remain valid?

Points expire 12 months from the date of earning, at the end of the month. For example, points earned on April 12, 2024, will expire on April 30, 2025. The birthday month perks apply only to the first transaction made during that month.

Can I share my membership benefits with my family?

Membership benefits are non-transferable. Since signing up is free, family members can register and earn points independently.

Where can I check my points balance and membership status?

All membership details, including points balance and status, can be viewed in the member portal.

How do I update my profile information?

You may update your information under 'My Profile' via the member's portal. Please ensure you verify your phone number via OTP and confirm your email to save the changes.

To update your date of birth, please submit a request through our contact form for verification.

An account with this phone number already exists. Please log in or reset your password if needed.
