Kerisac Cidre Brut presents an amber-yellow colour with fine and light bubbles. It offers aromas of biscuit, bread and hints of flowers and nuts. On the palate, a refreshing acidity precedes a delicate finish.
It will be a perfect pairing with all dishes in sauce, fish, rabbit, and even foie gras.

Pale light yellow colour with typical crisp and delicate perlage. Complex bouquet of fruity notes of peach and green apple with scents of acacia and lilac. Fresh and light on the palate, with balanced acidity and body; harmonic with a long persistent aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif as it is a perfect accompaniment to hors-d’oeuvres and delicate first courses. Also wonderful with sushi, fish and shellfish.

A soft, supple red with a fruit-driven bouquet of ripe cherry, plum and violet with cedar overtones. The flavoursome palate of plum and sweet fruit blends nicely with vanillin oak, earthy notes and soft tannins balanced by a long smooth finish.
