How to pair it

Perfect as aperitif, especially indicated for appetizers, soups, fish and white meats.

Chalky soil of marine origine. Moderated, subcontinental climate, with mild winters, without late freezing, ventilated summers. The annual precipitation is low, 800-1100 mm/year , with a light increase during autumn. During dry summers, irrigation is provided as well.
