How do I track the status of an order?
Sign into www.wineconnection.com.sg. Click on your name in the site navigation and select "Orders".
Can I cancel an order after I have placed it?
If more than one hour have passed, chances are good that our warehouse have already packed and shipped your order. In either case, please click here to contact us using the Contact Us Form for further assistance as soon as possible.

How do I track my delivery status?
To track your order, please contact Wine Connection - Delivery Centre (Mon - Sun: 9 am - 9 pm) at +65 9233 5085.
How much does delivery cost?
FREE (Standard 2-hour delivery) for orders above $120. Vouchers and automatic discounts do not apply to the shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Wine Connection reserves the right to revise the shipping fees any time at its discretion.

What delivery options does Wine Connection offers?
"We offer the following delivery option: Standard 2- Hour Delivery.


(1) I placed my order on a business day.


Depending on the time of the day the order is placed. Your package will reach you on your preferred delivery date and the earliest options are as follows:


Orders before 8pm: you can select 2-hour delivery* up to 10 pm or get delivered the next day from 10 am. For orders after 7 pm: all orders are delivered the following day from 10 am. Delivery time slot: 10am to 12pm, 11 am to 1pm, 12pm to 2pm, 1pm to 3pm , 2pm to 4pm , 3pm to 5pm , 4pm to 6pm , 5pm to 7pm , 6pm to 8pm , 7pm to 9pm , 8pm to 10pm.


*2-hour delivery might be unavailable during peak periods


(2) I placed my order on a public holiday!


We deliver 7 days a week including public holiday, your parcel will reach you on your selected time slot or on your preferred delivery date.


IMPORTANT: The delivery timeframe is based on the first delivery attempt of the parcel; If you are unable to receive the parcel at the time, the logistics partner may attempt delivery on the following day. (Subject to available time slots)"

What is the minimum amount to qualify for free shipping?
You can enjoy FREE shipping on all online orders above $120. In the event that you are below the free delivery minimum, you can select the standard 2-hour delivery.
How long will it take before my wine order is delivered?
You will be able to select your preferred delivery date and time frame (10am to 12pm, 11 am to 1pm, 12pm to 2pm, 1pm to 3pm , 2pm to 4pm , 3pm to 5pm , 4pm to 6pm , 5pm to 7pm , 6pm to 8pm , 7pm to 9pm , 8pm to 10pm) in your order cart checkout process. We currently offer standard 2-hour delivery option for your order.


We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our orders and are unable to deliver at specific times within the given time-slots (e.g. at 11 am, exactly 6:30 pm etc).


Delivery fee is not inclusive of any additional costs. Delivery fees will not be refunded for items returned.


The delivery option is subjected to stock availability of the day.

What happens if i’m not around when my package arrives?
We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our orders. Our driver will contact you before arrival you may advise the driver to keep at your convenient place, rescheduling delivery subject to available date and time slots. A fee of $10 will apply in the event that a delivery rescheduling is necessary while the driver is en route, or in the case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
Does Wine Connection ship outside Singapore?
No, we do not ship to international locations.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
No, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes or to restricted zones such as army camps, ports, and airports.
Do you deliver to CBD Offices and Sentosa?
Yes, we do. We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our orders.
My items have yet to arrive. What should I do?
Should you not be able to receive your items as per the indicated delivery time frame, please email sg.orders@wineconnection.com or contact us using the Contact Us Form with your shipping address and Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.
Who can receive the order?
You must be 18 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages from this site and received the delivery package. We reserve the right to request a valid photo ID for verification.


Purchasing alcoholic beverages from this site and receiving the delivery package require you to be 18 years of age. It is strictly forbidden to supply liquor to individuals under the age of 18 through online or telecommunication services, in accordance with the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) (Liquor Licensing) Regulations 2015. Violators may be subject to fines of up to S$10,000. We reserve the right to request a valid photo ID for verification.

Do you offer self collection service?
