Colour: Glossy Queen garnet plum with purple crimson hues. Nose: Plums, clove, brown spices and dark chocolate. Palate: Dark fruit and spicy flavour explosion with velvety tannins. The fruit characters of dark chocolate and clove notes creates a rich and generous wine. Pair with Low and Slow BBQ to match the intensity and richness of this wine, perfect for those long Sunday gatherings.

The 2014 Cristal is a terrific effort that transcends the vintage. Bursting from the glass with expressive aromas of ripe citrus fruit, nectarine, white flowers, freshly baked bread and subtle hints of honeycomb, it's medium to full-bodied, vinous and fleshy, with an exuberant core of fruit that's girdled by racy acids, resulting in a wine that's simultaneously chiseled and demonstrative, meaning that early appeal doesn't come at the expense of the requisite tension for long-term cellaring. Concluding with a long, aromatic and intensely chalky finish, it is a brilliant Champagne that will offer a broad drinking window. This bottle was disgorged in June 2021 with seven grams per liter dosage.- William Kelly, Wine Advocate

The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old delivers a distinct American oak style, reflecting a perfect harmony of flavours and natural colour. The delicate flavour of American oak – vanilla, citrus and light oak - rises in prominence as the traditional Macallan character of rich fruit, sherry and wood spice affords a familiar back drop. This is a flavour combination which is guaranteed until the very last drop.

Red ruby with tile glints, which with the past of the time will become orange. Intense, complex mature berry fruits and spices combine with lactose aromas of mocha and dark chocolate. Very full bodied and structured on the palate. A memorable wine with a clean, persistent finish.
Red ruby color with lime glints and purple depth. Aroma of dried fruit such as peach and plum, toast and balsamic notes of clove and vanilla. Dry fruit flavors (prune and apricot) with balsamic connotations (cedar wood, vanillas). Full bodied wine enjoying excellent persistence of flavors thanks to its well polished tannins. Gorgeous lengthy finish with balsamic mineral flavours.
Vivid straw yellow green color with a touch of ripe lemon. Intense and elegant aroma with hints of fresh gerbs, green apples, citric fruits and grapefruit. Persistent, rounded and full-bodied, with a light petillance that gives the wine its impressive and vivacious sense of freshness.

Ideal with main courses as well with baked beef shank, braised veal cut, baked lamb with potatoes. It can be a great sipping wine after dinner too.
The colour is a bright pale straw. The nose is alluring and complex with aromas of grapefruit, lemon meringue and peach blossom. The barrel fermentation imparts butterscotch, brioche and hazelnut character. The palate bursts with intense flavours carried through from the nose. The acidity is in perfect balance keeping the wine fresh and mouthwatering. This wine is deliciously rich and full with a long length. The extended barrel maturation has helped seamlessly integrate the oak and lend creaminess to the palate.
