Our historical vineyard, Campo del Gatto (Field of the Cat) is an example of how we value and regard a fundamental grape in the Piedmontese varieties.Thanks to frequent vine thinning, in order to lower the yields and raise the quality, we were able to obtain excellent results. A powerful impact on the senses, with jammy and vanilla notes that fill your nose, and a great intensity and elegance on the palate.

This is seductively composed and enticing, showing dark berry, thyme, smoked game, earthy mushroom and roasted nut aromas on the nose. The sensually pleasing palate delivers fine flow and complex flavours, finishing wonderfully long and satisfying. At its best: now to 2030. - Sam Kim (Wine Orbit)

This wine is fruit-driven, subtly influenced by medium and light toast French oak. The oak is very supportive of the fruit and gives fullness and length to the palate. Complexity is achieved through barrel fermentation, partial malolactic fermentation, and lees stirring. The nose shows abundant stone fruit, sweet spices, and brioche. The palate is rich and full, with mouthwatering vibrancy and length.

This Cabernet Merlot is vibrant in colour and rich in varietal character with well-integrated oak. The Cabernet Franc gives a lifted floral note and sweetness while the Cabernet Sauvignon provides the power and drive in the blend. There are hints of cassis, tobacco and plum on the nose. The palate has great structure with an abundance of fine ripe tannins. The wine is complex, mouth-filling and well-balanced.

Ryder Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is rich, supple and bold. A fruit-driven wine, it boasts flavors of dark berries and plum with notes of mocha. The tannins are silky and satisfying, leading to a balanced and elegant finish. Pairs perfectly with baconwrapped asparagus, grilled blue cheese burgers or date night filet with that special someone.

Ryder Estate Chardonnay is bright, focused and elegant. Tropical and citrus aromas lead into flavors of pear, stone fruit and apple with a hint of vanilla. Pairs perfectly with baked mac & cheese, grilled romaine Caesar salad and celebrating after a satisfying day of kayaking on the river.

Viore Mencía is delicate and fruity, with velvety body and focused expression from the terroir. A remarkably elegant and powerful fragrance of strawberries, cherries and wild black fruits over a background of blackberries and jam. On the palate, this wine takes us back to its origin with its marked cherry and blackcurrant fruit flavors. Lively and genuine,  Viore Mencía delivers the best qualities of Mencía which will most likely make it a favorite among enthusiasts for this varietal.

With its limpid color, this wine stands out for its finesse. On the palate, it exudes complex notes of citrus and exotic fruit. The finish is equally seductive and rich.

Clear pale yellow colour with notes of hazelnut, white flowers, green apples and blackcurrant. The palate is rich and well balanced, with great freshness and hints of liquorice and golden apple. This is a delicate wine that pairs well with starters, fish and seafood.

Bright pale yellow in colour. Open nose of white fruits with a nice minerality offering complexity. The palate is well-balanced and the finish is lemonflavoured and fresh.

A nail-biting finale to the 2022 growing season saw the vineyard lashed by fierce winds and rainy squalls. Yet the shiraz slowly developed both an array of dark fruit aromatics and lush, juicy fruit weight and developed fine and complete tannins, highlighting the granitic minerality of the site and the complexity formed by farming in a marginal yet consistent site.

Bright, limpid straw yellow colour with hints of gold. On the nose, expressive and fruity wine, with floral notes, mango and some nuances of dried apricots. On the palate the wine is rich, round, gourmet and balanced.

Aromas of lime pith, jasmine, white citrus blossom, pomelo, grapefruit. The palate shows golden delicious apple; ripe green lime; passionfruit; tangerine; orange blossom; round, ripe and rich with a fine mineral edge; good length and generosity.

Hymn to Syrah, this wine is like its terroir: unique, deep, solar in its concentration, opulent in its structure, vertical from heaven to earth, on a long saline finish. Perfect with lamb or Cantal cheese.
