This wine is bursting with youth. The robe is elegant, allowing luminous sparks to shine through. The nose is fresh, with a light mineral touch. This wine gives off intense blossom and citrus aromas. This palette of aromas comes through as flavours in the supple, rounded mouthfeel, alongside a few oaky notes. The finish is balanced, really fresh and beautifully long. A ruby red robe with translucent glints for this wine that opens up onto a lovely bouquet surprising in its youthfulness; with red fruit, spice and garrigue (Provençal heath) notes. After a mouth-filling attack, the cherry and white pepper flavours open and lengthen out onto a refined liquorice feel. The palate is full and shows elegance that is further demonstrated by the ripe tannins at the end.
Deep crimson. Black cherry, roasted chestnut flinty aromas, a hint of sesame notes. It contains concentrated black cherry, mulberry, roasted chestnut, touch marzipan flavours, and fine slinky textures. Finishes claret firm with flinty/ mineral notes.


The colour is a bright pale straw. The nose is alluring and complex with aromas of grapefruit, lemon meringue and peach blossom. Rose petal pink in colour, with persistent mousse and a chain of fine bubbles. Fresh and generous nose with intensely complex aromas of red fruit, wild cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry. The generosity of Pinot Noir and the freshness of Chardonnay create perfect balance and aromas of delicate red fruit. A finish of superb persistence and softness.



Straw yellow, clean and bright. Great expressive aromas, fine and elegant. Perfect fusion of fruity aromas such as pineapple and mango from the Tempranillo Blanco, with floral and citrus touches from the Viura grape. Silky and fresh, with good volume. Hints of ripe fruit and tropical fruit.

Single vineyard monovarietal wine, coming from an old, ungrafted, high altitude vineyard in Yecla
We put the juice in only 6 barrels to process the alcoholic fermentation with stirring the lees. No malolactic fermentation. 3 barrels new and 3 barrels of one year. 50% oak and 50% acaccia. French from Allier forest. Ageing during 6 months in barrel and 24 months in bottle.



Color : Deep carmine, Nose : Intense and complex, reminiscent of red fruit with notes of citrus and vanilla flowers, Taste : A well balanced, unctuous and generous wine. A touch of violet for a smooth finish on round tannins.
