Why do we call our wines “Le Grand Noir”? Our black sheep logo gives one clue - we are rather unconventional wine makers. The original Grand Noir - “Big Black” was a priest of the Cathar religion, in the region of Carcassonne. The Cathars were heretics - a breakaway group from the Catholic Church of the day, who has some very unconventional views.
This GSM (Grenache-Shiraz-Mourvedre) blend offers intense aromas of spicy blackberry, dark plum, licorice, cocoa, and spice. On the palate, it is rich and complex with soft tannins.

Under a pretty garnet robe, dark and intense, the nose reveals beautiful aromas of red berries The mouth, expressive, reveals a supple matter with crunchy red fruits.
Showing a nice pale-yellow colour with golden hints, Louis Perdrier Brut Excellence has numerous bubbles and a soft mousse. This wine shows yellow fruits scents combined with dried fruits aromas, brought by Chardonnay. An elegant wine, well-balanced, pleasant and refreshing lively, to be enjoyed on every occasion.
Bright golden hue. Dried fruits and buttery undertones in the nose. The mouth is generous and ample showing complexity of aromas with a pleasant touch of vanilla. Unctuousy yours !
Bright ruby hue. Cherry jam-like fruits with spicy, roasted notes in the mouth. The wine is ample with smooth tannins, fleshy fruits and nice crisp finish.

This wine features a beautiful, vibrant red color with fuchsia reflections. The nose is very expressive and powerful, showcasing aromas of spices and dark fruits. On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious, with silky tannins and flavors of dark fruits, vanilla, and licorice.

Flavours of pear tart, bourbon vanilla and hints of toasted bread. Buttery texture is balanced by a crunchy acidity. Subtle toasted and honeyed notes.
Aromas of black fruits, followed by hints of vanilla and cloves. The fine-grained tannins offer a velvety texture. Long and vibrantly fresh, with a touch of mocha.
Dark red colour. Notes of fresh red fruits, aromas of liquorice and violets. On the palate, the wine is soft and round with ample volume and sweet tannins, that create a perfect balance. Great to pair with cold cuts or red meats.
Showing a nice rosé colour and a persistent mousse followed by numerous and ne bubbles. Louis Perdrier Rosé Excellence sports forward red fruits combined with citrus fruits aromas. A well-balanced wine, showing a fruity palate, and composed of Cinsault, Syrah and Grenache
Beautiful intensity of colour. Red fruit aromas on the nose, with a hint of herbs. Well-balanced structure with integrated tannins, fresh finish with good aromatic persistence.

A still and dry red wine from the Costières terroir (near Nîmes, South of France, warm climate) which is covered by numerous round and red stones. Intense dark colour with nose of ripe red fruits, spices and cacao. The mouth is powerful and rich. To enjoy with Mediterranean tapas, red meat (beef ribs) as well as aged cheeses.
Very clear, bright rosé color with light salmon pink hues. The nose shows delicate aromas of fresh white fruit, melon and peach, with notes of orange blossom. The mouth is fresh, round and delicate


This Pinot Gris pairs well with richly flavoured dishes: game, veal, pork and poultry, particularly when served with rich sauces, fillet of duck with balsamic vinegar, and also great with comté cheese or yellow fruit desserts. This wine can also enjoyed on its own and makes an ideal aperitif!
