Intense wine with ripe cherry colour and purple rims. Red fruit and liquorice aromas with hints of smoked wood.
Original blend sourced from dark-skinned grapes lending an intense red colour to the wine. Smooth tannins pave the way for a pleasant, lingering finish. Ageing in médium-toast French oak barrels, together with the natural essence of dark cocoa, deliver exquisite notes of caramel and nuts.
Pale Straw yellow. Fine bubbles well integrated in the wine. The typical primary aromas of a varietals (Apple, citrus, almond blosson) blend with aromas from ageing such as honey, toasted breatd, etc. Balanced acidity in the palate.
The taste of the wine is full, concentrated, elegant, with excellent balance and structure, repeating the shades of aroma, with well-integrated tannins, fine acidity and a pleasant, slightly sweet, silky aftertaste.

Pale lime-yellow colour. On the nose, lifted floral and musk aromas with hints of apple and mint. Light-bodied and sweet palate with fresh, zingy acidity and highlights of green apple and floral. Light in alcohol with a refreshing finish and a fine mousse. Pair with a fresh fruit platter, or for something a little more extravagant, Pavlova roll filled with lemon curd and blueberries.

Deeply bright red colour with a complex and structured bouquet. Blackberries and forest berries are pronounced on the nose, while hints of violet and ethereal balsamic scents linger in the background. Fruity and round on the palate with well-balanced tannins. It’s the perfect complement to tasty first courses, braised, roasted and sautéed meats and medium-seasoned cheeses.
South Africa produces fantastic chenin blanc. This wine is typical of those examples produced in the Breedekloof. The older vineyards component was fermented in French barrels for depth and complexity. The wine shows exciting stone fruit aromas. The palate is a delicious medley of summer fruits and citrus.
When Pinotage is grown on the foothills of the Breedekloof (Broad Valley) the soil gives the wine a distinct red cherry aroma. By fermenting the wine slowly and at cool temperatures we create a soft, almost creamy mouth feel and lots of cherry, ripe plum with hints of chocolate and a tiny mocha zing on the finish - very balanced and moreish.
Deep purple in colour with crimson hues. Fragrant cassis, ripe plum with hints of mint and subtle cedar oak aromas. Rich black fruits and sweet plum with fine grain tannins and well integrated oak, makes this a soft generous wine. Enjoy with duck or rabbit. This wine has the flavour, structure and balance to be enjoyed now or offers added satisfaction from further cellaring.
This wine has a captivating dark red color; offers a mixture of fresh red fruits and notes of black fruits. These aromas are confirmed in the mouth by combining with tannins melted into a fleshy and suave structure. The brew leaves a balanced finish mixing spices and fruits, leaving you with a travel impression in one sip. To be enjoyed on roast poultry or a pâté in the crust for example.
Medium deep purple in colour. Cedar and sandalwood spice, red and black cherry fruit, vibrant notes of raspberry and red licorice, wild strawberry and purple jube. Slippery and seductive with a bright, fresh plate. Balanced acidity, with flavours of black cherry, both purple and blue forest fruits. Graphite and slate on the finish.

The wine has a beautiful medium ruby color with matching highlights. The bouquet is rich with homemade blackberry jam, violet, vanilla, fig, and almonds. In its youthful phase the palate is full-bodied while fresh and elegant. Over time it becomes rounder and more complex while maintaining a unique softness
Intense purple coloured wine with some violet hues. Pleasant aromas of red berries, cherries and grapes marked with notes of candy and vanilla that result after maturing n in American oak for 12 months (Bourbon barrels of 200 l. capacity). On the palate, this wine displays a gentle entrance with soft tannins that give creaminess, volume and fleshiness. Flavours of ripe and candied fruit are perfectly combined with the notes of smoke provided the oak toast, leaving a long and persistent finish.

Classic is a own category in the German quality designation system. Grapes for Classic must meet higher ripeness requirements and can only be made from traditional varieties which are typical for the region, i.e. Riesling for the Mosel. Classic wines must always be made in a harmonious dry style only.
A medium-bodied, elegant dry wine. Crisp and full of flavour hinting of ripe apples and a touch of the slate soil it was grown on. It is a very well-balanced, dry, very food-friendly wine.
