From La Reserva State, <br> Soil: Great variety of soil types, with deep and shallow (1.2 m) profiles that contain a rugged volcanic formation that transitions from a sand loam granitic texture to a clay loam texture. Medium pH of 5.5.<br> Vineyard: Plants of clone origin planted on their own roots and rootstock. Planted in a north-south and east-west orientation, depending on the soil type, slope and variety. The vines are trained using a low VSP system, with pressurized irrigation. Use of precision viticulture for management and harvest.

Fermentation and Maceration

Completely mature grapes are crushed right after harvest. when the primary fermentation is complete, the wine is stored in slavonian oak casks where it performs malolactic fermentation and ages for a minimum period of 24 months. it completes its refinement in bottles for a minimum period of 3 months.
