This wine has all the characters that make Pinot so distinctive. It exudes cherry, strawberry, and spice characters that are light in feel but long in flavour. Nice ruby color. Behind its characteristic nose of cherry and strawberries it reveals a hint of mineral notes, tomato plant and a slightly spicy finish. In the palate, the attack is subtle, with a kind but sufficient tannic structure, a refreshing acidity and a mid to long length.
In the glass, this Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep ruby hue, unveiling lively berry notes and a captivating aroma reminiscent of ripe blackberry compote with a touch of clove. Medium-bodied, flavors of stewed plum and elderberry caress the palate with smooth tannins, leading to a lingering and gratifying finish. Intense violet colors. Notes of prunes, black cherries and figs. Medium- bodied wine, with good concentration, silky, packed full of black fruit flavours and a long finish.
This Cabernet Merlot is vibrant in colour and rich in varietal character with well-integrated oak. The Cabernet Franc gives a lifted floral note and sweetness while the Cabernet Sauvignon provides the power and drive in the blend. There are hints of cassis, tobacco and plum on the nose. The palate has great structure with an abundance of fine ripe tannins. The wine is complex, mouth-filling and well-balanced.

The Very Sexy Shiraz, which has been described as 'Shiraz Heaven', has been named after the experience when drinking it. A deep, dark ruby red colour. Intense and complex flavours of white pepper, cloves, cinnamon supported by dark fruit flavours on the nose that follows through on the palate. A full-bodied wine with soft ripe tannins and intense spicy flavours.

This Cabernet Sauvignon bursts with aromas of peppercorn, blackberry and black cherry that mingle with subtle nuances of violet and charred oak. The palate is dominated by intense flavors of dark fruits, black currant, clove and spice. This dark and dense wine boasts bold tannin structure leading to a generous finish
Deep garnet with a violet rim. On the nose, the wine is open and generous, bursting with liquorice, red fruit, chocolate and olive notes. The palate is extremely fresh and fruity, with a dense and velvety texture.
A still and dry red wine from the Costières terroir (near Nîmes, South of France, warm climate) which is covered by numerous round and red stones. Intense dark colour with nose of ripe red fruits, spices and cacao. The mouth is powerful and rich. To enjoy with Mediterranean tapas, red meat (beef ribs) as well as aged cheeses.
When Pinotage is grown on the foothills of the Breedekloof (Broad Valley) the soil gives the wine a distinct red cherry aroma. By fermenting the wine slowly and at cool temperatures we create a soft, almost creamy mouth feel and lots of cherry, ripe plum with hints of chocolate and a tiny mocha zing on the finish - very balanced and moreish.
