Due to COVID-19 social distancing measures, Dinner Bookings are limited and will be sold by the table (max 5 pax) to ensure the best safety conditions. We will require guests to check-in and take temperatures before entry. As per safety guidelines, any person with a temperature above 37.5°C will not be accepted into the premises. Serve chilled (8°C).

Clean, bright, lemon yellow with greenish reflections. Medium intensity with ripe citrus notes. Herbal background and nice floral hints. Atlantic fresh wine with good touch of salinity and minerality.
Brilliant violet colour, intense sweet sipis on the palate balanced by notes of plums, blackcurrent and black cherries. Its creamy, smooth and ripe at the same time in the mouth with soft tannins and a long silky finish.
The wine has fresh, fruity aromas with an overtone of white flowers. It makes an excellent accompaniment to antipasti, fish and white meat dishes.
This wine has personality and is also able to convey elegance and depth upon tasting. On the palate it is rich and deep, elegant, and potent at the same time, still young but already very balanced, the bouquet is broad with berries, dried flowers, licorice and a spicy final that blends well with the complexity of the wine.
