Dark violet with bluish reflections. Juicy with sweet tannins, good natural acidity that provides very particular freshness, combined with a long finish. Making this wine very fresh and easy to drink.

Deep crimson. Black cherry, roasted chestnut flinty aromas, a hint of sesame notes. It contains concentrated black cherry, mulberry, roasted chestnut, touch marzipan flavours, and fine slinky textures. Finishes claret firm with flinty/ mineral notes.


Santa Julia’s new proposal for those who prefer light, fresh, fruity wines that are very easy to drink, Nacional pays tribute to two flagship varieties in Argentina: 60% Semillón and 40% Torrontés. With a long-standing history in Mendoza, Semillón’s best expression is achieved in cool, mild climates like that of Uco Valley’s, while Torrontés is Argentina’s single native grape variety.

This wine displays notes of citrus (lemon curd tart), stone fruits (white peach and yellow nectarine), with mineral notes of granite against toasted brioche and malted oats. The palate has a delicate and creamy characteristics, with nutty notes (almond, cashew) and great length on the palate. The colour is a bright pale straw. The nose is alluring and complex with aromas of grapefruit, lemon meringue and peach blossom.
