Our flagship Shiraz is sourced from the highest and most central point of the vineyard, where the terroir results in a wine of great balance and plushness, framing bright fruit in velvety fine tannins and muscular power.

Our Scarlet Ladybird Rosé is made in our house style and always comes up smelling of roses with lovely delicate ladylike edges, yet a real lady killer…and remember ladies and gentlemen, real men do drink pink.

Aromas of lime pith, jasmine, white citrus blossom, pomelo, grapefruit. The palate shows golden delicious apple; ripe green lime; passionfruit; tangerine; orange blossom; round, ripe and rich with a fine mineral edge; good length and generosity.

Hymn to Syrah, this wine is like its terroir: unique, deep, solar in its concentration, opulent in its structure, vertical from heaven to earth, on a long saline finish. Perfect with lamb or Cantal cheese.

This wine is fruit-driven, subtly influenced by medium and light toast French oak. The oak is very supportive of the fruit and gives fullness and length to the palate. Complexity is achieved through barrel fermentation, partial malolactic fermentation, and lees stirring. The nose shows abundant stone fruit, sweet spices, and brioche. The palate is rich and full, with mouthwatering vibrancy and length.

Dark violet with bluish reflections. On the nose it has a high impact intensity, with very fresh and fruity aromas reminiscent of fresh strawberries, raspberries, cherries, typical of carbonic maceration, combined with a soft hint of green notes that complete the profile of this wine. Juicy with sweet tannins, good natural acidity that provides very particular freshness, combined with a long finish. Making this wine very fresh and easy to drink.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fresh and rich fruity notes of apple and pear with a hint og citrus fruit, that fade into a floral bouquet. Pair with fresh vegetables, raw fish, lighter meals, appetisers. Fish and shellfish are classic pairing partners. Serve at 9-10 C.

Deep crimson. Black cherry, roasted chestnut flinty aromas, a hint of sesame notes. It contains concentrated black cherry, mulberry, roasted chestnut, touch marzipan flavours, and fine slinky textures. Finishes claret firm with flinty/ mineral notes.

This wine displays notes of citrus (lemon curd tart), stone fruits (white peach and yellow nectarine), with mineral notes of granite against toasted brioche and malted oats. The palate has a delicate and creamy characteristics, with nutty notes (almond, cashew) and great length on the palate. Showing a nice pale-yellow colour with golden hints, Louis Perdrier Brut Excellence has numerous bubbles and a soft mousse. This wine shows yellow fruits scents combined with dried fruits aromas, brought by Chardonnay. An elegant wine, well-balanced, pleasant and refreshing lively, to be enjoyed on every occasion.

Santa Julia’s new proposal for those who prefer light, fresh, fruity wines that are very easy to drink, Nacional pays tribute to two flagship varieties in Argentina: 60% Semillón and 40% Torrontés. With a long-standing history in Mendoza, Semillón’s best expression is achieved in cool, mild climates like that of Uco Valley’s, while Torrontés is Argentina’s single native grape variety.

The colour is a bright pale straw. The nose is alluring and complex with aromas of grapefruit, lemon meringue and peach blossom. The barrel fermentation imparts butterscotch, brioche and hazelnut character. The palate bursts with intense flavours carried through from the nose. The acidity is in perfect balance keeping the wine fresh and mouthwatering. This wine is deliciously rich and full with a long length. The extended barrel maturation has helped seamlessly integrate the oak and lend creaminess to the palate.

Black berries, cloves, cigar box and cedarwood. On the palate this wine has a bold integrated flavour profile with big powdery tannins that gives this wine balance and length. Enjoy this wine while young or store it in the wine cellar for up to 15 years.

Pinot noir offers gourmet fruit aromas with a round, fresh and elegant finish.

Aromas of black fruits, followed by hints of vanilla and cloves. The fine-grained tannins offer a velvety texture. Long and vibrantly fresh, with a touch of mocha.

Flavours of pear tart, bourbon vanilla and hints of toasted bread. Buttery texture is balanced by a crunchy acidity. Subtle toasted and honeyed notes.

Nice and aromatic at the nose, complex and elegant with hints of red fruits, citrus and flowers Robe is limpid and light. Mouth first is delicate and acidulous, round and meaty, with long lasting aromas.

Garnet red color. The nose presents aromas of ripe red and black fruits, subtle notes of dried herbs and hints of chocolate, coffee and vanilla. The palate is firm and structured, with soft tannins, medium acidity and a fruity finish. Ideal enjoyed on its own or paired with beef and hearty pasta dishes.
