An extremely vivid, light-yellow hue with a greenish and lively undertone. The aroma is rich and inviting, with aromas of roasted almonds, apricots, peaches, pears, lemon zest, and flowers. A junmai ginjo that fully conveys the charm of Aiyama, a rare sake-specific rice. On the nose, it is floral & fruity (strawberry, mochi), with minerality and fresh acidity.
This product is specially prepared with wine yeast provided by Friendship Warehouse wineries in France. Using Yamada Nishiki rice harvested in Hyogo Prefecture, you can enjoy the unique touch, refreshing acidity, and ripe fruitlike sweetness that can only be experienced with this product.

Brewed as a sake to accompany meals, pair it with Malty or ricey like mochi or dango, red meat like pork or stew, teriyaki. It has a fruity ginjo aroma and a moderately rich and refreshing taste. You can enjoy it from cold sake to lukewarm sake.
