VINTAGE 2009: An exceptional summer, dry and warm, allowed the grapes to reach a high level of ripeness and perfect maturity while maintaining good acidity. Vintage 2009 is a great vintage champagne.

Rose petal pink in colour, with persistent mousse and a chain of fine bubbles. Fresh and generous nose with intensely complex aromas of red fruit, wild cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry. The generosity of Pinot Noir and the freshness of Chardonnay create perfect balance and aromas of delicate red fruit. A finish of superb persistence and softness.

Yellow-gold and limpid, it has very fine bubbles of great finesse, characteristic of wines having a lot of elegance. On the nose, the wine displays peach and honey flavours followed by white flowers, butter and brioche notes. On the mouth, white flowers and developing citrus notes that bring freshness to this wine. This Premium Reserve Brut Premier Cru is the most eclectic of Charles Mignon range. It is particularly appreciated in aperitif, during receptions or still to accompagny a meal.

Pale yellow with persistent mousse and a chain of fine bubbles. A generously fruity nose of peach, apricot and stone fruit. On the palate a fresh attack, incredible smoothness and delicious notes of stone fruit.

Bright, limpid straw yellow colour with hints of gold. On the nose, expressive and fruity wine, with floral notes, mango and some nuances of dried apricots. On the palate the wine is rich, round, gourmet and balanced.

The wine is charming, supple, elegant and can be kept for five to ten years.
A lovely ruby robe. A fruity, wide nose with notes of spices and vanilla. A clean attack followed by a harmonious balance of fullness and roundness on the palate with a pleasant fruity finish.
Deep ruby color. Red fruit nose. In the mouth, aromas of cherry allied with a nice minerality. Long final with truffle notes. A perfect match for poultry, braised ham and cheese.
Intense garnet colour with ruby hints. Notes of scrubland, spices and red fruits. On the palate, smooth with fine fruity noted nuanced by a touch of vanilla. A well balanced wine with a long finish.
2018 is vibrant from the first nose thanks to its brilliant fruit. An aromatic explosion that mingles aromas of cherries with delicious notes of marzipan ... Minty notes of cedar and rose provide a burst of freshness. Carried by this ethereal balance, the wine then reveals its depth and density. It is full-blooded and full-bodied, yet always elegant. The palate is broad, the tannins refined and silky. It possesses the delectable tangy sweetness of a Bakewell tart. This 2018 shows all the power and grace of a prima ballerina, lost in her art.
We put the juice in only 6 barrels to process the alcoholic fermentation with stirring the lees. No malolactic fermentation. 3 barrels new and 3 barrels of one year. 50% oak and 50% acaccia. French from Allier forest. Ageing during 6 months in barrel and 24 months in bottle.
"Deep garnet-purple colored, it reveals a very fruity nose of crushed blackberries, warm black cherries and mulberries plus hints of potpourri, spice cake and pencil shavings. Full-bodied, the decadent palate delivers loads of black berry layers and a firm, grainy frame with underlying freshness and an earthy finish. Wonderfully opulent D'Armailhac!" - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
Beautiful purple color with ruby glints. It offers an intense bouquet of small fresh red fruits - wild strawberries and raspberries - behind fruits - wild strawberries and raspberries - behind which are notes of undergrowth which are the expression of the of the "Tuffeau". Generous and ample, it seduces in mouth by its structure structure that is both supple and very present, its velvety smoothness and tannins.
Pale yellow with shades of lime. Expressive nose with notes of exotic fruits, white fruits with a touch of vanilla and toasted aromas. This wine is dry and elegant with a freshness and lightness that are emphasized by aromas of white flowers and apple. Serve with fish in sauce and sweet and sour dishes.
Intensive pink colour with silver tints, fine bubbles in regular columns. The nose is elegant with flower aromas (roses) sign of the soil's origin. A delicate fine bubble rosé full of harmony.
