For any dietary limitations, please inquire if changes can be accommodated before purchasing the ticket(s). We regret to inform that not all requests can be acceded as this is a fixed pairing menu. NO requests will be accepted 3 days prior to the dinner date.
Due to COVID-19 social distancing measures, Dinner Bookings are limited and will be sold by the table (max 5 pax) to ensure the best safety conditions. We will require guests to check-in and take temperatures before entry. As per safety guidelines, any person with a temperature above 37.5°C will not be accepted into the premises. Masks must be worn at all times unless directly eating or tasting wines. Please note that pre-booking payments are final and non-refundable. Pale light yellow colour with typical crisp and delicate perlage. Complex bouquet of fruity notes of peach and green apple with scents of acacia and lilac. Fresh and light on the palate, with balanced acidity and body; harmonic with a long persistent aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif as it is a perfect accompaniment to hors-d’oeuvres and delicate first courses. Also wonderful with sushi, fish and shellfish.

Known as the «king of wines and wine of kings», Barolo is the Nebbiolo-based wine par excellence. Borgo Lame "San Roc" is an energetic and prestigious Barolo. The color is an intense garnet red, while the elegant bouquet balances the powerful tannins and brisk acidity of the palate. It showcases notes of violet, cassis, wild rose, cinnamon, anise, leather, and goudron. You can also find reminiscences of the Langhe region, such as truffles, dried mushrooms, and hazelnuts. The palate is warm, dry, earthy, and full.
Brewlander - Freedom Lager (Case Pack)
Brewed with premium European Pilsner malts and hopped with modern noble-like varietals such as Green Bullet and Pacific Crest. This unfiltered craft beer celebrates finesse and elegance, showcasing a soft delicate malt profile with a balanced noble hop aroma to create a refreshing and crushable beer.

Brewlander - Inception IPA (Case Pack)
West Coast IPA was the rage until Haze took over. Our modern spin on a WCIPA provides a neutral malt canvas and allows the hops to shine brightly. El Dorado and Idaho 7 hops were used in abundance to impart piney and tropical fruit notes supported by a firm WCIPA bitterness, gifting us this craft IPA that is a reminder of the origins of a solid WCIPA.
ABV: 6.0%

Brewlander - XPA - Xtra Pale Ale (Case Pack)
Crafted with extra pale malts which gives a very neutral malt presence in this craft beer. The idea is to create a clean neutral foundation and sets the centre stage for the lovely Azacca and Chinook hops to express its mango, stone fruit and citrus qualities.

Profile: Refreshing, Tropical hops note, Crushable!
When Pinotage is grown on the foothills of the Breedekloof (Broad Valley) the soil gives the wine a distinct red cherry aroma. By fermenting the wine slowly and at cool temperatures we create a soft, almost creamy mouth feel and lots of cherry, ripe plum with hints of chocolate and a tiny mocha zing on the finish - very balanced and moreish.
