How to pair it

Pair with fishes cooked in sauce, goat cheese, poultry, fish carpaccio, Asian cuisine, pear, walnut and goat cheese salad salad or chicken, pear and asparagus salad.

Located southwest of the village of Eguisheim, the Grand Cru Eichberg stretches over two gentle slopes southeast exposed, at an altitude between 220 and 340 metres. Below the three castles, this vineyard at the northern edge of the Rouffach fracture zone, is sheltered by the Vosges foothills. This site enjoys a particularly dry and warm microclimate, with the lowest rainfall recorded in the Colmar region.
