A vacuum pump that extracts the air from an opened wine bottle and re-seals it using a rubber stopper. The airtight vacuum inhibits the oxidation process that is responsible for the deterioration of wine. A. Raclette Party of 4
Please note the price of $39++ per guest is subject to 10% service charge and 7% GST. Add on of $39++ for a portion of raclette will be available for additional pax. Free choice of wine is only given in each booking of 4. Reservations & Raclette Promo must be pre-paid online as there are limited machines available. Savoie wine selection includes Château d’Apremont - Vin de Savoie or Philippe Viallet Pinot Noir - Vin de Savoie only.
B. Social Distancing Measures
Due to COVID-19 social distancing measures, Wine & Cheese Event Bookings are limited and will be sold by the table to ensure the best safety conditions. Masks must be worn at all times unless directly eating or tasting wines. Intermingling between tables is not allowed. To facilitate dine-in eligibility checks, we will conduct necessary checks on your vaccination status through your TraceTogether App and/or Token users. Please note that pre-booking payments are final and non-refundable.
C. Vaccination-differentiated Safe Management Measures (SMMs)
We operate under the vaccination-differentiated safe management measures (SMMs) model. We only accept customers into our premises when they meet any of the following criteria:
Fully vaccinated (an individual is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after he or she has received the full regimen of the Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty or Moderna vaccines currently administered under the National Vaccination Programme, or after completing the full regimen of vaccines on the World Health Organisation’s Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL) including the appropriate duration post-vaccination for the vaccine to be fully effective); or
Recovered from COVID-19 and can provide a valid Pre-Event Test (PET) exemption notice for the duration of his/her dine-in from an MOH-approved COVID-19 test provider. Recovered individuals can obtain a PET Exemption Notice from any clinic offering ART or PCR testing services. Refer to go.gov.sg/swabproviders for the list of MOH-approved COVID-19 test providers; or
Have a valid negative PET result for the duration of his/her dine-in from an MOH-approved COVID-19 test provider within the last 24 hours. Self-administered ART supervised by employer and self-administered ART results are not recognised for vaccination-differentiated SMMs

Pale yellow color with greenish highlights. The nose reveals aromas of white-fleshed fruit and citrus with hints of herbaceousness. Complex on the palate, intensity gives way to freshness and a well-balanced finish.
Deep ruby with purple hints in the glass. Multi-layered and complex, with aromas of black cherry, cedar and plum, supplemented by tobacco and vanilla hints. The concentrated palate is juicy and fruity. The wonderfully smooth tannins lead to a long and delicious length.
