The Pierre Zéro Chardonnay Effervescent will accompany your festive moments. With its pale yellow color with bright and sparkling reflections, the sparkling Pierre 0% Blanc seduces with its fine and delicate bubbles. The nose, with aromas of tropical fruits , peach, lychee and white flowers, gives way to a fruity palate balanced by a delicate freshness .

Vivacious ruby red colour tending to garnet with ageing. Intense and characteristic bouquet, fruity with violet notes. Round and fruity taste balanced by ageing in traditional cask. Super ripe fruitiness and a soft easy-feel taste are the characteristics of our Chianti Superiore.

Deeply bright red colour with a complex and structured bouquet. Blackberries and forest berries are pronounced on the nose, while hints of violet and ethereal balsamic scents linger in the background. Fruity and round on the palate with well-balanced tannins. It’s the perfect complement to tasty first courses, braised, roasted and sautéed meats and medium-seasoned cheeses.

A vacuum pump that extracts the air from an opened wine bottle and re-seals it using a rubber stopper. The airtight vacuum inhibits the oxidation process that is responsible for the deterioration of wine. The vacuum is created by placing a stopper into the neck of the opened bottle and pumping it until resistance is detectable. Remove air from your wine bottle to keep wine tasting new for up to a week!

B. Social Distancing Measures

Due to COVID-19 social distancing measures, Wine & Cheese Event Bookings are limited and will be sold by the table to ensure the best safety conditions. Masks must be worn at all times unless directly eating or tasting wines. Intermingling between tables is not allowed. To facilitate dine-in eligibility checks, we will conduct necessary checks on your vaccination status through your TraceTogether App and/or Token users. C. Vaccination-differentiated Safe Management Measures (SMMs)

We operate under the vaccination-differentiated safe management measures (SMMs) model. We only accept customers into our premises when they meet any of the following criteria:

Fully vaccinated (an individual is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after he or she has received the full regimen of the Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty or Moderna vaccines currently administered under the National Vaccination Programme, or after completing the full regimen of vaccines on the World Health Organisation’s Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL) including the appropriate duration post-vaccination for the vaccine to be fully effective); or
