The combination of a high percentage of Grenache, together with Mourvèdre is a very successful and flattering duo. The grenache brings roundness, cherry, liquorice, some cocoa and silky tannins. The mourvedre kicks in starting the mid palate with exotic spices, followed by structure and length.
