Light straw in colour, this fruit driven Chardonnay displays ripe stone fruit and toasty oak aromas. A fresh palate of buttery ferment characters, creamy yeast and vanilla oak, finishing long, soft and well rounded.

The grapes are harvested during the cool night, crushed and pressed, then clarified 12 hours later. the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14-16 degrees. once fermented, the wine is left to mature on fine grained oak for a further 6 months. in preparation for bottling, the wine is fined and stabilised, before final filtration.
