About this wine
1. Blue Label Fine Grain Finish: Hints of cereal, mild spices, honey and white flowers on the nose. Round with flavors of yellow fruit, cooked apple and gingerbread. Long and fresh finish.
2. White Label Sauternes Finish: Hints of dried fruits mingled with hints of spices and acacia honey. Delicate and syrupy, with flavours of ripe and juicy fruit. Light with notes of almond and hazelnut. 6 months ageing in Sauternes dessert wine barrels.
3. Red Label Grand Cru Finish: Hints of “crème brûlée” and early autumn walnuts. Generous and mild, with echoes of generous Medjool dates. Long flavorsome hints of fine spices and brown sugar. 9-12 months post-bend aging in French oak used for Saint Emilion red wine.
