Pale pink Rosé with core aromas of Strawberries from the Bobal grape. This wine has a refreshing acidity and fruity palate.
Bobal is Valencia’s underrated nativegrape, loved forits boldness in colour, freshness incharacter, andvibrant Spanish personality.
Its name is said to come from the Latin bovale,referringto the grape bunch’s shape — resembling abull’s head.
The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old delivers a distinct American oak style, reflecting a perfect harmony of flavours and natural colour. The delicate flavour of American oak – vanilla, citrus and light oak - rises in prominence as the traditional Macallan character of rich fruit, sherry and wood spice affords a familiar back drop. This is a flavour combination which is guaranteed until the very last drop.
Ryder Estate Chardonnay is bright, focused and elegant. Tropical and citrus aromas lead into flavors of pear, stone fruit and apple with a hint of vanilla. Pairs perfectly with baked mac & cheese, grilled romaine Caesar salad and celebrating after a satisfying day of kayaking on the river.
2. White Label Sauternes Finish: Hints of dried fruits mingled with hints of spices and acacia honey. Delicate and syrupy, with flavours of ripe and juicy fruit. Light with notes of almond and hazelnut. 6 months ageing in Sauternes dessert wine barrels.
3. Red Label Grand Cru Finish: Hints of “crème brûlée” and early autumn walnuts. Generous and mild, with echoes of generous Medjool dates. Long flavorsome hints of fine spices and brown sugar. 9-12 months post-bend aging in French oak used for Saint Emilion red wine.
This expression, released annually, is an impeccably balanced, distinctive single malt with a sweeter character due to the influence of sherry seasoned European and American oak maturation.
Each cask selected in this expression has spent its entire maturation period of almost two decades exclusively in sherry seasoned oak casks.
