Wine Connection Singapore is honored to have been recognised as one of Singapore's Best Customer Service 2022/2023 in the category of Adult Beverages.
The rankings were based on the results of an independent survey commissioned by The Straits Times which sought to identify Singapore's best customer service providers across 93 categories with 4,700 respondents to rate the brands and categories in a poll.
The Poll was based on the following requirements:
- Quality of Communication
- Professional Competence
- Customer Focus
This would not be possible without the support from our service teams, who have been powering hospitality and service every day through difficult times.
