Unlock the full Vault experience when you create an online account on our website—enjoy your member privileges effortlessly, whether you’re shopping online or in-store.
Members with no online account:
Sign up at wineconnection.com.sg using your email. Once logged in, go to “Membership” and enter your registered mobile number to link your Vault account.
You’ll receive two emails—one to confirm your membership and another to activate your online account.
Members with online account:
Simply log in using your registered email and password.

Is any action required from me during this migration?
No action and re-registration are required.
What happens to my existing tier, points, vouchers or rewards?
Your current tier, points, unused vouchers and its corresponding expiry will be fully carried over and remain the same.
Will there be any downtime during the migration?
We are working to keep any disruption to a minimum. You can continue to earn points as usual in our wine shops, bistros, and online.
I have missing vouchers or points.
If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us at marketing@wineconnection.com. Our team will review and assist you promptly.
Will my login details change?
From 14 April 2026, the old member portal (wineconnection.koomiloyalty.com) will no longer be available. Please access your membership via our website at wineconnection.com.sg.
Is my personal data secure?
Your personal data remains securely protected and handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our Privacy Policy.
