Cold maceration takes place before fermentation for 48 hours.The winemaking process is carried out in stainless steel tanks and macerated for 15-20 days.The wine is then aged in new French Oak Barrels for 14 months and then softly filtered before being bottled. Once bottled, it remains in our temperature-controlled cellar for a further 6 months
