About this wine
Off white, with the slightest tinge of cloudines. On the nose, dried plum, cream, mochi rice powder, honey, winter melon candy, bubble gum/cotton candy, dried persimmon. The palate is sweet & soft.

Brewed as a sake to accompany meals, pair it with Malty or ricey like mochi or dango, red meat like pork or stew, teriyaki. It has a fruity ginjo aroma and a moderately rich and refreshing taste. You can enjoy it from cold sake to lukewarm sake.
