    Critique Review
"Very soft fruit, it’s like a punnet of strawberries and raspberries. On the palate it is subtle, sophisticated, round and silky with a long finish. Youthful and shows good ageing potential."

"A supple, fruity red with sour cherries, sliced strawberries and pomegranate on the nose. Light-to medium-bodied with sleek tannins and ripe, but juicy red cherry fruit. A hint of white pepper and cherry candies in the finish. A well-delivered, laid-back cinsault that stays true to its identity. Unfiltered. Drink now. Screw cap."

Though made entirely the same way as all wines, vegan wines are wines in which during the winemaking step of "fining" that is needed to filter the wine, no animal-based products are used. The most common fining agents used by the wine industry are egg whites and milk protein. Vegan wines instead use alternatives such as clay or plant-based fining agents.
