Aging

Our Amarone ages for 1 year and a half in Slovenian barrels of 30hl, big ones, where the Amarone was – and still is in some traditional wineries as ours - traditionally aged since its origin in Verona. After that, it is transferred back to stainless steel tanks for 2 and a half months and then it continues ageing in the bottle for 1 year. This confers to the wine the fruitiness and dried fruits aromas, so no more wood influence.

    You gotta try it.

You gotta try it. Love love the smooth and velvety texture of the Amarone. It puts a smile on my face everytime I have this wine paired with my steak
