The wine has fresh, fruity aromas with an overtone of white flowers. It makes an excellent accompaniment to antipasti, fish and white meat dishes.
This wine has personality and is also able to convey elegance and depth upon tasting. On the palate it is rich and deep, elegant, and potent at the same time, still young but already very balanced, the bouquet is broad with berries, dried flowers, licorice and a spicy final that blends well with the complexity of the wine.
Intense shining ruby red colour. Fruity bouquet with good finesse with hints of ripe red berries, black pepper, liquorice, elegant spice. Intense taste of red berries, vanilla, well balanced tannins.
Bright ruby red colour tending to garnet. Intense and characteristic bouquet, fruity with a violet scent. Dry and harmonious, with velvety notes of black cherries and smooth tannins.
Dark and intense ruby colour. It reveals a nose of tar, licorice and red berries. Full-bodied, warm and fruity, with strong tannins.

Nice ruby color. Behind its characteristic nose of cherry and strawberries it reveals a hint of mineral notes, tomato plant and a slightly spicy finish. In the palate, the attack is subtle, with a kind but sufficient tannic structure, a refreshing acidity and a mid to long length.

B. Social Distancing Measures
Due to COVID-19 social distancing measures, Wine & Cheese Event Bookings are limited and will be sold by the table to ensure the best safety conditions. Masks must be worn at all times unless directly eating or tasting wines. Intermingling between tables is not allowed. To facilitate dine-in eligibility checks, we will conduct necessary checks on your vaccination status through your TraceTogether App and/or Token users. Please note that pre-booking payments are final and non-refundable.
C. Vaccination-differentiated Safe Management Measures (SMMs)
We operate under the vaccination-differentiated safe management measures (SMMs) model. We only accept customers into our premises when they meet any of the following criteria:
Fully vaccinated (an individual is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after he or she has received the full regimen of the Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty or Moderna vaccines currently administered under the National Vaccination Programme, or after completing the full regimen of vaccines on the World Health Organisation’s Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL) including the appropriate duration post-vaccination for the vaccine to be fully effective); or
Recovered from COVID-19 and can provide a valid Pre-Event Test (PET) exemption notice for the duration of his/her dine-in from an MOH-approved COVID-19 test provider. Recovered individuals can obtain a PET Exemption Notice from any clinic offering ART or PCR testing services. Refer to go.gov.sg/swabproviders for the list of MOH-approved COVID-19 test providers; or
Have a valid negative PET result for the duration of his/her dine-in from an MOH-approved COVID-19 test provider within the last 24 hours. Self-administered ART supervised by employer and self-administered ART results are not recognised for vaccination-differentiated SMMs
D. Non-refundable Policy
Please note that pre-booking payments are final and non-refundable, with the exception of any guest who has been issued an official Stay-Home Notice (SHN)) by the Ministry of Health (MOH). The concerned guest will be granted their refund upon sending their official SHN document to the following e-mail address immediately: sg.events@wineconnection.com.
