Aromatic with bright citrus and honeysuckle flavours, natural acidity and a crisp, dry finish.
This wine has all the characters that make Pinot so distinctive. It exudes cherry, strawberry, and spice characters that are light in feel but long in flavour. Soft integrated tannins provide structure whilst clean acidity drives the fresh finish. Perfect brunch drinking with mushroom and parmesan arancini.

THIS WINE SAVES THE SEA. For every 1 bottle of The Hidden Sea that we sell, we remove and recycle 10 plastic bottles from the ocean.
Medium deep purple in colour. Cedar and sandalwood spice, red and black cherry fruit, vibrant notes of raspberry and red licorice, wild strawberry and purple jube. Slippery and seductive with a bright, fresh plate. Balanced acidity, with flavours of black cherry, both purple and blue forest fruits. Graphite and slate on the finish.

Although a great food wine, especially seafood, at Zonte's Footstep, we drink most of the Excalibur well-chilled, on a sunny afternoon with friends and family... usually followed by a second glass!

Our Scarlet Ladybird Rosé is made in our house style and always comes up smelling of roses with lovely delicate ladylike edges, yet a real lady killer…and remember ladies and gentlemen, real men do drink pink.

Deep purple red colour with an aromatic and lifted nose. The palate is medium bodied with rich dark cherry flavours and forest floor – a wine made to stand the test of time.
Barossa blood red colour with a purple hue. On the nose, super blackberries and pure unadulterated 90% Cocoa chocolate. Black plums, macerated raspberry with hints of cracked pepper and brambly spice. Generous dark fruits on the palate, a full and frank Shiraz start. Classic Barossa. Generous, flavoursome with sweet blackberry pie and dark, dry cocoa mouth feel. The after palate begins with sweet berry fruit then tightens up with fine fruit and oak tannin. Sweet Christmas spice cuts through the hints of jamminess. On the finish, youthful austerity as you would expect from such a classic, old-school Shiraz. We imagine drinking this wine with hard local chesses the cheese is optional.

This is seductively composed and enticing, showing dark berry, thyme, smoked game, earthy mushroom and roasted nut aromas on the nose. The sensually pleasing palate delivers fine flow and complex flavours, finishing wonderfully long and satisfying. At its best: now to 2030. - Sam Kim (Wine Orbit)

#N/Bin 707 perfectly reflects the Penfolds ‘House Style’ through a cabernet sauvignon lens: intensely-flavoured fruit; completion of fermentation and maturation in new oak; expressing a Penfolds understanding of multivineyard, multi-region fruit sourcing. Full-bodied and with proven cellaring potential, Bin 707 retains a secure place among the ranks of Australia’s finest cabernets.

The most powerful expression of Penfolds multi-vineyard, multi-district blending philosophy, Grange is arguably Australia’s most celebrated wine and is officially listed as a Heritage Icon of South Australia. Crafted utilising fully ripe, intensely flavoured and structured shiraz grapes, the result is a unique Australian style that is now recognised as one of the most consistent of the world’s great wines. With an unbroken line of vintages from the experimental 1951, Grange clearly demonstrates the synergy between shiraz and the soils and climates of South Australia.
