After aeration, citrus aromas appear, combined with subtle notes of aromatic herbs (rosemary). The whole is fresh and delicate. The attack on the palate is lively, acidulous with lemony notes bringing energy. The finish is more mineral, a beautiful, mouth-watering expression of the limestone terroir from which it is born.
