Selbach-Oster Pinot Noir is light in colour with vibrant red fruit notes reminiscent of red currants, raspberry, and strawberries. The palate also has a hint of spice and an underlying savoury note.

The intense and sumptuous bouquet appeals with its toasted and spicy notes, woven together with faintest hints of wild berry jam, mature plum, and raspberry. Full-bodied, broad and consistent on the palate, it reveals an important, smooth and well-balanced structure, which is perfectly integrated with mature tannins. With its long-lasting and full finish, it is ideal to pair with baked first courses, sliced beef steak, stewed meat and game or semi-seasoned cheeses.

Our historical vineyard, Campo del Gatto (Field of the Cat) is an example of how we value and regard a fundamental grape in the Piedmontese varieties.Thanks to frequent vine thinning, in order to lower the yields and raise the quality, we were able to obtain excellent results. A powerful impact on the senses, with jammy and vanilla notes that fill your nose, and a great intensity and elegance on the palate.

This wine is fruit-driven, subtly influenced by medium and light toast French oak. The oak is very supportive of the fruit and gives fullness and length to the palate. The acidity is in perfect balance keeping the wine fresh and mouthwatering. This wine is deliciously rich and full with a long length. The extended barrel maturation has helped seamlessly integrate the oak and lend creaminess to the palate.

Deep purple with tinges of violet and a fruity nose displaying notes of blackberries, spices and chocolate. Complex and well-balanced, this elegant Malbec has a rich and long finish. To be enjoyed with red meats, spicy foods and hard cheeses.

Bright, limpid straw yellow colour with hints of gold. On the nose, expressive and fruity wine, with floral notes, mango and some nuances of dried apricots. On the palate the wine is rich, round, gourmet and balanced.
