
An iconic wine linked to our heritage, Finca Monasterio is made from Tempranillo grapes farmed in the Benedictine Monastery's Estate, where Barón de Ley is located. This wine presents a deep, cherry red and iris-purple on the rim. It features an uplifting aroma, dominated by blackberry compote, liquorice and balsamic oak with hints of spice, milk and toast. Complex, intense and structured, yet fresh right across the palate.

Blue flower, mature black-skinned fruit and dark spice mingle with balsamic notes of camphor on this full-bodied red. Concentrated yet still elegantly structured, the chewy, accessible palate shows ripe black raspberry, cherry extract and tobacco framed in fine-grained tannins
La Mémoire de La Tour Carnet offers intense notes of red and black fruits as well as spices. This fine and intense red wine offers beautiful tannins accompanied by a long finish. Classic Central Otago aromatics of fresh strawberries, raspberries and wild thyme. The palate is full of primary fruits, jammy character and finishes with smooth tannins and oak sweetness.
A nose with yellow fruits notes (peach apricot), then a mineral touch and a hint of spice. The palate is gourmet with stewed fruits, the finish is expressive with citrus zest.

Aromas of bright cassis and blue berry are supported by plum, black olive, fresh tobacco leaf, bell pepper, and cocoa notes. The palate is complex and velvety with the fruit and savoury notes balanced with a seamless finish and integrated French oak.
A pale, golden colour. Tropical fruit aromas (lychee, pineapple) with hints of crème pâtissière and brioche. Fresh but complex on the palate, combining minerality and caramelised pineapple. Great as an aperitif, white meats and noble fish.

This wine has aromas of intense grapefruit and nectarines with hints of citrus blossom and subtle oak nuances. The palate displays a concentration of citrus and stone fruit with a touch of creaminess and a nutty texture due to partial malolactic fermentation and bâtonnage. The wine is effortlessly mouth filling with a delicate balance of fruit and acidity and a long lingering finish, lasting well after drinking. A wine of both power and finesse, it is well suited to rich poultry or creamy shellfish dishes with sautéed vegetables. This wine will develop further complexity in bottle over the next five years.
This wine comes from the finest terroirs of gravel, clay and clay-limestone soils situated on Dordogne Valley hillsides with full southern exposure.

Ideal with main courses as well with baked beef shank, braised veal cut, baked lamb with potatoes. It can be a great sipping wine after dinner too.
Golden yellow colour. Very fruity ( grapefruit, citrus) and floral nose with a delicate woody touch. On the palate, fruits, vanilla and hazelnut flavours. Round and very good length, characteristic of great wines.
