Beetroot carpaccio topped with Bleu d'Auvergne, radish, apples and mesclun salad. Dressed with balsamic vinegar and a touch of Szechuan pepper.

Traditional French salad with Brie de Meaux, warm bacon chunks, a soft-boiled egg.

A bed of watercress with Parmigiano Cheese, serrano ham, apples and almonds. Glazed with balsamic vinegar.

Crispy Bresaola & Quinoa Tartine, $18++
Cheese Starring: Parmigiano Cheese

A bed of Arugula salad with crispy bresaola (air-cured beef slices), quinoa, shaved Parmigiano Cheese, radish, cucumber, tomatoes, Kalamata olives and dill with lemon tahini (sesame) dressing.
