Wine Connection Cheese Bar is a cheesy F&B concept launched by Wine Connection Singapore. Combining the brand’s love for cheese and of course, wine, patrons can expect a selection of over 40 mature farm cheeses that are air-flown from Europe weekly. 

This month, Wine Connection Cheese Bar will be dropping new dish additions to the menu.

1. Bacon Frittata, $14++
Spanish - Inspired egg omelette with potatoes, bacon, cheddar, caramelised onions, served with mesclun salad.

2. Flammekueche Truffle, $18++
An artisan flatbread topped with truffle and sour cream, arugula and shaved Parmesan cheese.

3. Flammekueche Raclette Cheese, $19++
An artisan flatbread topped with our famous Raclette cheese, Serrano ham and cooked ham.

4. Burrata on Heirloom Tomato Salad, $21++
Fresh burrata air-flown, sitting on a bed of refreshing heirloom tomato salad.

5. Baked Camembert in Bread Bowl (Serves 2), $29++
*Enhanced Recipe* Baked Camembert served in a bread bowl, with croutons and apple chutney.
