Our Sauvignon Blanc vines are planted throughout our southern Margaret River vineyards with the majority planted at the Luminosa and Karridale vineyards. A multiple personality wine, it represents the uniqueness of each vineyard site while maintaining a defined Stella Bella style. Ripening Conditions couldn’t have been better, low rainfall and a warm summer provided fast ripening and a small picking window to ensure the perfect citrus based flavour profile we are chasing in all white varieties. With some consecutive hot days acids definitely dropped and flavours built quickly toward mid March. Punchy, ripe, exotic fruit with crushed citrus in Sauvignon and Semillon.



Picked from our Karridale and Luminosa River vineyards, 60% of the individual batches were pressed to tank and the remainder was specifically selected for barrel fermentation and battonage. A careful mix of technique gives this wine a perfect balance of explosive varietal perfume, complex flavours, palate texture and refreshing natural acidity.
