Critique Review
"A blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay from Premier Cru terroirs in Coteaux d'Epernay and Montage de Reims and 25% of reserve wines. A rich and complex nose combining toasty brioche, apples, pears and soft floral lemon scents. Lovely and buttery on t he palate, a generous weight to the texture with dried apricots, lemon zest, red summer berries and small bubbles. Good length and lingering flavour, this will definitely stand up to food. Fresh and balanced with delicate power underneath the lively acidity, subtle minerality and gently honeyed finish a dosage of 8g/L."
