Product Description
Maison Ernest Rapeneau unveils its eighth edition of the collection dedicated to the lunar new year. This Cuvée is a tribute to Asian culture and particularly this year to the Wood Dragon, a majestic animal.
High level of craftsmanship, and unusual lower sugar level (6grs/L) has been brought by our winemaker, Mr. Christophe RAPENEAU, to successfully blend the Chardonnay and Pinots grapes in its best expression. This wine has a golden yellow colour with an elegant effervescence. On the nose, yellow fruits notes (peach apricot), then a mineral touch and a hint of spice. The palate is gourmet with stewed fruits, the finish is expressive with citrus zest.
