I have a membership, how do I get my free ticket?

Each Wine Club member is entitled to 1 complimentary ticket only (worth $20), discount will be added to the cart after selecting the 20th Anniversary Wine Fair ticket, confirm the order to receive your ticket via email. Limited to one ticket per membership.

Can we order food at the wine fair?

Our venue, Wine Connection Bistro Capital Square will serve food at standard menu price as usual from 12pm to 9pm, only to the wine fair visitors. 

Can I buy the tickets in the wine shops?

Yes you can buy the tickets in any of our wine shops. The staff will take your details in order for you to receive the QR code ticket via email.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

All our tickets have to be booked in advance to make sure we have enough room for the expected visitors.

Do I need my ticket with QR code at the entrance? 

There is a PDF Ticket with QR CODE attached to your Ticket Confirmation email, show your QR Code at the entrance from your mobile device or simply print out your PDF ticket to make sure you're ready to attend. See below how to get the QR code ticket.

Please note that you receive one QR ticket for multiple tickets, so we advise all visitors arrive at the fair at same time. 

Where are my tickets?

The easiest way to get your tickets is to open your Ticket Confirmation email, you''l find your ticket in attached (as a PDF file you can print). Check your SPAM folder if it's not in your inbox! Alternatively, you can also log in to your account Wine Connection Online Account & go to MY TICKETS page, click on Resend my confirmation email.
