GROVE MILL - PINOT NOIR
An excellent Pinot noir, light bodied, fruity and complex. A highly perfumed bouquet of truffle, plum and dark black cherry, framed by toasty oak notes. On the palate, the wine expresses flavours of mocha, licorice, rich spice and a lingering, a dense earthy mouthfeel. Well balanced acidity, smooth tannins make for a lasting, long finish.

The fruit for our Pinot Noir was harvested from Wairau vineyards including our flagship vineyard, 17 Valley.
Good soil and canopy management, along with cold nights during ripening and a beautiful Indian summer, kept all the concentrated flavours in the grapes which you can taste now in the wine.
