Wine facts

Label Notes:

The vineyards of Les Salices are situated in the Minervois region, north-east of Carcassonne in the foothills of the Montagne Noire. Due to meticulous vineyard management, innovative vinification techniques and partial oak ageing, the wines we produce here are highly concentrated and show typical varietal characteristics. With a smoothness & suppleness rare in its class, this Pinot nevertheless retains the delicacy and complexity sought by lovers of Pinot Noir.
