A light, golden/yellow in colour. Friendly bouquet of honey, citrus, oilcloth, vanilla and peach. A rich wine with notes of quince, vanilla and toffy, with hints of mild spices. A well rounded palate of sweet peach and dried apricots. Full bodied and dry, with balanced, viscous flavours and good sweetness, well balanced acidity and a nice smooth, long finish.

In Barsac and more particularly on the plateau of Haut Barsac, the highest point of the city. The estate dates back the 18th century and was bought by the family of Mrs Roumazeilles in 1922. It has been being in the hands of this family for four generations.
