We offer a large range of know-how and produce different wine profiles: terroir wines - with full expression of our 5 soils, as well as IGP mono varietal. We focus on regularity and quality in our 3 cellars. They include modern and efficient winemaking equipments and our winemakers sublime the wine growers' harvest.
Our Dom Brial Rivesaltes uses grapes grown on a rolled stone terraces and clay soils. As a naturally fortified wine, maturation is done by natural oxidation in barrels and bottling.
