Tasting the Wines - Our criteria to help you choose

Of course all wines are different. Our goal hereunder is to simplify categories to make decision process easier for you.

1. Red wine

We will sort red wines from 1 to 5.
The higher the grade, the more powerful and full bodied the wine is

1 Would be light and fruity wines
2-3 would be medium bodied wines
4-5 would be full bodied wines.

2. White wine

We will sort wines from A to E
A would be the driest and E the sweetest.

A - B would be dry whites
B - C would be medium dry
D - E would be sweet win

This classification is of course not enough to select wine but it is not a tough nut to crack and very easy to understand.
